Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

This is a case by case, but most typically you will pay your security deposit and a full months rent up front along with any other move in charges upon taking possession. Should you move in mid month, the proration of that month will be applied in the proceeding month.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Any adult 18 years or older will need to apply regardless if they will be a contributing financial tenant or not.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, so long as the property and all keys, remotes, etc. are turned over in the same manner in which the property was originally leased (minus wear and tear) your deposit will be refunded.
How do I pay rent?

We encourage all of our tenants to pay online via their tenant portal, but we can accept all methods of payment with the exception of cash and digital payment transfers, e.g. Zelle
